Exceptional Lives at Boston Public Schools – 2nd Annual Transition Conference

Boston Public Schools Logo

Exceptional Lives will present our new, free Resource Directory and How-To Guides to attendees at the 2nd annual Boston Public Schools Transition Conference this June.

Our team will connect with parents and professionals working with Boston Public School students with disabilities to show how our easy-to-use online tools can help connect them to transition services in the community. We will guide people through the Exceptional Lives website and show how they can navigate services for individuals of various ages with various diagnoses.

For example, we’ll share our free SSI Guide and Guardianship Guide, which assist parents and caregivers when transitioning youth with special needs into adulthood. The plain language and step-by-step instructions make the process less daunting and present information in a helpful and easily understandable way.

In addition, with just a few clicks, parents and professionals can search our Resource Directory for transition services, vocational programs, college and university options, housing, transportation, social and recreational activity groups, and more.
