Exceptional Lives will present our new, free Resource Directory and How-To Guides to attendees at the 2nd annual Boston Public Schools Transition Conference this June.
The following is a message from the Jewish Community Center (JCC) in Newton, MA: Sibshops reflect a belief that our communities need to acknowledge the difficulties faced by siblings of children with special needs (medical, developmental, cognitive, mental, physical) and provide them with opportunities to connect with each other just as many parents of children with special needs have benefited from sharing their experiences with each other.

Students and their families are welcome to learn about the resources available to them as they transition from high school into the adult world. The fair will include representatives from agencies and organizations that support post-secondary education, employment, independent living, leisure activities, and more.
On December 1, 2016 Exceptional Lives will introduce Lindsey Snider, BCBA at the Autism Insurance Resource Center‘s public event in Worcester, MA. Ms. Snider’s presentation, titled “10 questions when searching for a quality ABA provider” comes from her featured guest expert blog post on our website in May. Tuesday, December 6th (8:30am-1:30pm) – The Butler Conference for Disability Inclusion in After School Programs will provide information and insight to leadership and senior staff about inclusive after school and youth programming in the Boston community.
