David Sargent is a Senior Advisor of Mergers & Acquisitions at Stateman Business Advisors, a middle market investment banking firm in Houston, TX. David assists clients in effecting mergers, acquisitions, capital sourcing, restructuring, and with general corporate advisory matters. He currently serves on the boards of Asuragen Inc., SAM Inc., and the Babson College Board of Overseers. He is a member of the 2016 Advanced Leadership Initiative at Harvard University.
